1. I placed an order. When will my order be shipped?

In most cases, it takes no longer than 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

2. When will I receive a confirmation?

As soon as an order is shipped, we notify the customer and provide confirmation and tracking information.

3. I received my tracking information but it is not available on FedEx's website, what does this mean?

Tracking information might be sent to you before the package is actually shipped. It will be available as soon as FedEx scans the package and update their systems.

4. I need to program my new terminal, what should I do?

If needed, contact your processor's technical support department for assistance in programming your new terminal.

5. How long does it take to reprogram my terminal?

After programming has been requested, and the programming file is built, the actual procedure lasts anywhere from 10-30 minutes.

6. Will I lose information if I turn off my terminal?

No. All terminals have an internal battery that stores the information and keeps the terminal from losing the programming. If you believe you have lost any information in your terminal, contact your processor's technical support for assistance.

7. If I move my terminal to another location, do I need to reprogram it for the new phone line connection?

No. Terminals do not need to be reprogrammed if they have been moved and should still function properly using any phone line connection.

8. What type of paper does my terminal require?

Most terminals will use 2 ¼" Thermal paper and will not require any ribbon. A terminal that has a dot matrix printer will use ink ribbons to imprint on 2 ¼", 2-ply, non-carbon paper.
